School is a lifestyle. It shapes your personality; however, to keep up with school and everyday life, it is necessary to practice a sport or a hobby. A passion helps you to keep a balanced life and gives you a break from school. Practicing a hobby is essential for your physical and mental health.

Sports are important for staying healthy and keeping your body in good shape. First of all, sport will help you maintain a higher muscle density and can prevent heart disease. Team Sports like basketball, football, and tennis are fun ways to stay in shape. Secondly, it is really important for your mental health. Practicing a sport will help you get some fresh air, think clearly, and release the stress accumulated during the day. Indeed, when you exercise, your body produces hormones that make you feel happy and relaxed. Life is not all about working. It is good to take a break. Instead of staying at home playing video games or watching tv, go out!!!

Additionally, there are non-sports extracurricular activities. Extracurricular activities are important to learn new skills such as drawing, building, and robotics. These are all important for the new generation to learn as new talents that are rarely taught in school. For example, the debate club helps the students with difficulties to express themself. It helps students talk more fluently, be less stressed, and be more confident. Joining activities of such a kind helps the students to explore new passions.

Having an extracurricular activity also helps the students manage their time better. They learn how to balance school and sports and/or hobbies. Team building is also taught in those extracurricular activities, helping students to get the skills they need for corporate work, and many times, leadership capabilities.

All of these activities are important, but are even more convenient when in school. Practicing a skill or sport at school is important for strengthening relationships and making new school friends. Working together in a team, whether it is in football, basketball, or an art class, is always good to build better confidence, as a positive environment will make the students have a more balanced lifestyle.

In conclusion, practicing an extracurricular activity at school is really important. It helps you improve your creativity and concentration. Learning new skills is an important factor in quality education, teamwork, and social life.
